Experiencia fantástica: I booked this property for a business trip and booked rooms for my entire traveling party. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Alejandro was especially helpful during the booking and payment process. The rooms were pretty quiet and walkable. There is a restaurant on premise and it is within walking distance of many other bars and restaurants.I recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the Palermo SoHo neighborhood.

Experiencia positiva: Breakfast is very basic… not many options and coffee tastes like water. The coffee is better in the front desk. The rooms are very clean and the cleaning ladies are very friendly and always helpful. When we arrived to check in, we had to wait 30min only to let us know that we could not check in and we had to come back after 3pm. Frustrating when you just arrived after a 10 hour flight.

Experiencia fantástica: We rented rooms in this hotel for our company! It was a great hotel for us. The rooms were very comfortable and the reception staff was very nice! We loved the location and how helpful everyone was. Special shout out to Alejandro for helping us arrange everything! He was great through the whole process and always making sure we had what we needed. The only thing I would say is that if you are taking a company there that the meeting spaces aren't that nice for the price and they are expensive. We rented an office the next day in WeWork for half the price with an amazing view, comfortable chairs, coffee, tea, and mate included! Also the coffee at the breakfast is pretty bad compared to the coffee that you pay for at the Café, but I think the cafe is run separately from the hotel so that's why I am still giving the hotel 5 stars because our experience at the hotel part was great!

Experiencia positiva: Hotel moderno e novo. Bem localizado em Palermo Soho. No entanto, serviços deixam a desejar. Reposição de toalhas e papel higiênico não foram bem efetuados. Banheiro com mau cheiro que somente no segundo dia consertaram, pois no primeiro dia a camareira alegou que o cheiro vinha de nossos pertences. Café da manhã com muitos bolos, mas poucas opções saudáveis. Porções extras cobradas. Destaque positivo para o atendimento de Nicole que é muito simpática. Todavia, para um hotel boutique, necessita melhorar muito.

Experiencia positiva: O hotel é otimo, quarto e banheiro amplos e bem decorados. Cama confortável, chuveiro excelente. Café da manhã ok, faltam opções salgadas. O atendimento da recepção é ótimo, exceto por uma funcionária específica (que, infelizmente, não sei o nome), mas que nos tratou com total desprezo. Passa o dia todo no computador e não faz questão nenhuma de ser atenciosa, ou de olhar para os hóspedes (a não ser que sejam europeus, aí sim ela é muito simpática). Com relação aos demais membros do staff, todos muito amáveis, mas infelizmente essa funcionária em questão estraga a avaliação final do hotel.

Experiencia fantástica: Ótimo hotel e região agradável repleta de bons restaurantes e bares frequentados por locais e não só por turistas. Gostamos bem mais do que do centro da cidade. Adoramos a casa de show de jazz e a cover de Amy Winehouse do Bebop Club (reserve antes), as cervejas e drinks do Blest, maravilhosa sorveteria Antique Tentazioni com área interna ambientada na itália, o filet mignon (lomo) do La Cabrera, as lojas de outlet da Av Cordoba, etc. Hotel novo que abriu final de 2019. Garagem boa cabe carro grande tranquilo e cobra pequena taxa de uso. Checkout meio-dia. Único detalhe é que a piscina e cercada por um muro de 6 metros de altura e com isso pega pouco sol e só na primavera e verão. No mais só alegria. Cafe da manhã não é bufê mas pode pedir tudo que quiser e repetir também. Muito bom.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a lovely brand new hotel, airy and sober, super clean, beautiful sunny space and shady terrace near the swimming pool. Delicious breakfast (with bacon and eggs, muesli and fresh fruit, and of course other choices). But the top asset is an incredibly dedicated team, offering help, information and suggestions with perfect tact and friendliness. We stayed for 2 nights then when we came back to BuenosAires it was a no-brainer to stay here again: due to a change in schedule of our trip, we were due back from Mendoza on New Years Eve, and wanted to find at the last minute a place to celebrate. We called them and they called around for us until they secured a reservation according to our wishes. We then had another 5 heavenly days. We will be back!

Staff were very nice and helpful. Cons: Breakfast could have more diversity. There are no hooks in the bathroom which is odd and inconvenient.

Experiencia positiva: Lovely hotel, location is supreme, staff very friendly and helpful. Large, clean rooms with cool design. Definitely a great place to stay. My only criticism is that breakfasts were really boring, not up to the standard of the hotel. The breakfasts are provided by a cafe that is in the hotel building but doesn't belong to the hotel. Super cheap sandwich bread from supermarket and orange juice from concentrate are not what I expect in a four-star hotel. Hence not the full five-star rating. BTW the cafe does nice food outside of the breakfast.

Even helped us with another hotel when they didn't have room for us upon our return trip. Booked all of our dinner reservations. Y sólo un plato caliente (huevos o un tostado) a elección y que se debe solicitar al camarero. La infusión tampoco se puede repetir. el resto correcto

Experiencia fantástica: Travelled to argentina from Canada. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip. Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful and spoke great English which made communication a piece of cake! They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and accommodate our needs. The hotel is chic and very clean. The rooms are stylish and the beds are comfortable. The patio and pool area are beautiful and they offer complimentary breakfast which was delicious and complimentary glass of wine at happy hour. We got massages from their spa which were great too, and their wet/dry sauna was perfect. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and definitely would recommend this hotel and we would stay here again!!

We did some research and found Krista Boutique Hotel. The minute we called and talked to Mr. Alejandro Apartin we felt welcomed. He was amazing! So knowledgeable and friendly! He even recommended a pasta restaurant “Cucina Paradiso”. Everyone in the front desk were polite and super nice. Room was very clean, breakfast was so good! OMG they have alfajores. If you are planning your trip to Buenos Aires, Krista Boutique Hotel is your place to stay!! Great location! Gracias Alejandro y a cada uno de ustedes por la hospitalidad! Experiencia fantástica: Fue una experiencia muy agradable. Llegamos como a las 20 hs y la recepción fue muy cálida. El desayuno lo sirven hasta las 11 hs. Es buenísimo ese horario, porque cuando estas de vacaciones que sea hasta las 10 hs. es un embole. Elegís lo que quieras de una mesa, scons, pan, y todo eso. Luego hay una carta donde pedís la infusión que quieras, también podes pedir huevo revuelto recién hecho y jugo de naranja riquísimo. Fue una muy linda estadía.... Ahhhhh. El chekout es a las 12 hs. Pero podes quedarte hasta la noche utilizando el spa, la pile y cualquier otros servicio. Tiene cochera el hotel y el costo es de $ 1.500 la noche. Realmente los felicito!!!!! Habitaciones: Son muy amplias. Muy buena calidad en todo lo que se refiere a la decoración. Actividades cerca de mi ubicación: Excelente, cera de todos los restaurantes de Palermo!

En cada día tuvimos que esperar cerca de 50 minutos para que lo sirvan. Entiendo que el bar no es manejado por el hotel pero claramente afecta los buenos servicios que sí proporciona el hotel.

She is not polite, agressive and when you order something she forgets half of the order. On top of it, it’s super slow (count almost one hour between the time you order and the time you will leave).

Experiencia fantástica: El hotel es excelente, súper limpio, huele muy bien. La atención es excelente, hicimos uso de sauna y masajes y todo muy bien y cordial. El desayuno es muy bueno ya que te sirven a la mesa, quedas satisfecho y no hay desperdicio de comida. Sin dudas volvería nuevamente y recomiendo. Aparte la zona es perfecta.
